I bought this a while back, maybe in March or April, I can’t remember exactly. It looks really nice in person, but after using it a bit, the straps started digging into my shoulders. The pockets are also kind of awkward to get into, which got annoying quickly. I wanted to like it more than I did.

I really wanted to like these bags, but wow, they just missed the mark for me. They look super plain and a little dated, like they wandered in from another decade. I was expecting something cleaner and more modern, but instead they feel bulky and kind of lifeless. If style matters to you, this might be a tragic little disappointment

I picked up a Knomo bag for work and, like i said to a friend the other day, it’s been a really solid buy. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it definitely feels better made than a lot of other bags I’ve used before.

The pockets actually make sense, which I really appreciate, and my laptop fits in without making the whole thing feel bulky. I’ve been using it most days and, like i said, it still looks pretty much new.
For the price, I’m happy with it. It feels like it’ll hold up for a long time, and I’d probably buy from them again.

The bag showed up faster than I thought it would, and the tracking was easy to follow the whole way. Delivery was smooth with no issues at all. it just felt nice not having to worry about it.

I had a good experience on Knomo. Its easy to browse the bags by type, and I didnt have any trouble getting through checkout. Everything felt clear and straightforward. I do think the filters could be a little better though, since narrowing things down wasnt quite as smooth as I hoped...

I had a minor issue with my order, so I reached out to knomo support not expecting much, to be honest. But they got back to me faster than I thought they would and fixed it without turning it into a hassle. What stood out to me was that the person replying actually seemed to understand what I’d written, instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. That kind of service feels uncommon now, so I really appreciated how they handled it

I’ve been using this bag every day for a few months now. So far, really happy with it. The zippers feel sturdy, the fabric still looks good, and it hasn’t started looking worn out. A little on the pricey side. But it feels like it was worth it...

I had to put in more effort than I expected for the warranty claim, and it did take a bit of back and forth. That said, they eventually got it sorted and handled the return well in the end
